RETURN POLICY

At SOTW Jewelry we stand behind our product and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

The 30 day return window begins from the day your order is confirmed as delivered.
See the below guidelines to help determine if your order is eligible for a refund.

Eligible Returns
- Orders within the 30 day return window.

- Items must be in new, unused condition.
- All brand packaging must be included.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Non-eligible Returns
- Items purchased over the 30 day return window.

- Personalized items
- Clearance, markdowns, and warehouse/sample sale items.
- Worn, damaged, or altered items.
- Digital gift cards

To create a return, email info@sotwjewelry with the following details. Customer is responsible for providing a shipping label. 
- Order number

- Specify Item
- Reason for return

For your security, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return your item with a protected courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS) and retain your receipt and tracking information. Silver on the Web is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Return address is 430 Gotham Parkway, Carlstadt NJ 07072. Please write the address and RA# clearly on your package before shipping.

A customer care representative will confirm by email if your return has been approved and provide you with return shipping instructions.

If you believe you received a faulty item, please email info@sotwjewelry.com with a detailed description of the defect and photos.

 

REFUND POLICY
- Exchanges and Returns may take approximately 15 business days (but not limited to) to process upon receipt of the item and will be subject to shipping and handling charges.

- Refunded credit back to your account may vary based on terms and conditions of your bank or credit card service provider.
